The Evolution of the Executive Talent Agent 
Ideas, view points and more about Personal PR/Web 2.0, Agent Representation and Talent Representation and how all of this compares to and even compliments a traditional job search or business development strategy or the typical things that most people still do today as it pertains to both job and business development opportunity search) and WHY Personal Agents and Publicists (as well as Producers) are not just for celebrities anymore. A robust Personal PR/Web 2.0 presence needs to be added into and become a regular part of "your regular plan" if you want to be seen and be heard above and beyond traditional channels and for the rest of your professional life.

The "ECMG brand of service" is focused on the representation of only the best, most talented and uniquely qualified executive talent currently on the job market.  We work like a traditional public relations firm blended with a traditional talent representation agency --as well as along the lines of a traditional matchmaking process.  Our executive and professional clients are truly the "the exceptional talent" we represent within the ever-changing world of business.  A division of Evolution Enterprises, (a PR/Talent Representation Firm representing unique small business owners/concepts, gifted consultants and exciting entertainment/publishing based organizations and talent), ECMG is NOT a search or recruiting entity.  Serving a national and global client base, our approach involves the same blend of personalized public relations, promotions, networking and agent representation services that our Evolution PR clients receive.  Our goal is to take our executive candidate clients, who are seeking a new employment opportunity (rather then a new client or sale) from "POINT A TO POINT B" -- which equates to: finding the right opportunities, arranging the right meetings and interviews and going for the final "right" job offer on behalf of or in collaboration with a client.  No other organization or "similar-to" type of "job hunting service" comes close to ECMG. We are looking to start a blog about this idea of executives hiring an Agent to represent them for the purpose of "job hunting" and placement.
